Account Cancellation Policy

At Kerala Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. You can cancel your account anytime through your account page on www.thekeralastore.co.uk. No prior notice is needed. Once we receive your request, we will cancel your account and notify you of the completion. If your account is disabled, you will no longer be able to log in. To re-enable your account, please email us at thekeralastoreuk@gmail.com.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Kerala Store, your satisfaction with our products and services is important. If, for any reason, you are not happy and wish to return anything bought from www.thekeralastore.co.uk, we will be happy to offer exchanges provided the goods are in a fully resalable condition. In such circumstances, please contact us at thekeralastoreuk@gmail.com, and we will guide you through the process.

The return process can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product, as outlined in our cancellation policy and terms & conditions. The following items are excluded from our returns policy: vegetables, gift vouchers, beauty products, food products, food gift sets, and incense products. These products can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights.

Exchanges will only be given in accordance with your legal rights on the above products. If your product is faulty, damaged, or unfit for purpose, please contact us immediately. Please note you will be asked to provide photographic evidence of any damaged goods.

You may return other unopened goods within 7 days of receipt. Subject to inspection and acceptance, we will provide replacements as applicable.

We will require you to return the goods, at your cost, to us for inspection. Kerala Store will not be liable for goods that are lost or damaged in transit, and we recommend that you obtain proof of posting.

Any uncollected packages that are returned to us, which included fresh fruit and/or vegetables, will require inspection before any exchange can be offered. Other products that may be stained or damaged by the fruit and/or vegetables will be omitted from the exchange.

Any goods dispatched by us in error remain the property of Kerala Store. If you receive any goods by mistake that weren’t ordered, please contact us within 7 days to arrange for us to collect them.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Open parcels immediately upon receipt. Store fresh vegetables in the refrigerator and frozen items in the freezer.
  • Contact our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of receiving the parcel for any issues, providing photo proof for quality complaints.
  • Sign for delivery acceptance.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancelling Orders After Dispatch or Delivery

If you change your mind after your order has been dispatched or delivered, you can email us within 14 working days of receipt to request a return. Please note the following conditions:

  • Perishable items, items with limited expiration dates, and frozen foods are non-refundable.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, unwrapped personal grooming products (e.g., hair accessories, styling products, shavers, waxing kits, electric toothbrushes) cannot be returned.
  • We accept cancellations only with written consent. Customers must care for products during the cancellation period and return them to our warehouse at their cost unless we delivered the item in error or it is defective. In such cases, Kerala Store will bear the return cost.

If you receive damaged or substandard perishable goods, please email our customer service team with a photo of the product. Upon verification, we will refund the product cost or arrange collection.

Guidelines for Cancelling Orders

  • Customers have a 7-day cooling-off period for all items not classified as perishable or personal hygiene products.
  • To cancel an order, notify us in writing or call our customer service team. Discuss alternatives with our customer care executive if desired.
  • Return goods in their original condition at your own cost unless the item was delivered in error or is defective.
  • We reserve the right to charge for the cost of recovering goods if they are not returned at the customer’s expense.
  • Notify us once you have canceled the order or returned any product to our warehouse for refund processing.
